My wife and I rented two e-bikes for a day trip through to Arrowtown and it was a great experience. Communications online made it very easy to arrange and it took all of 10mins at the shop to get set-up and on our way. One thing I would suggest is you ask about locks so you can leave the bikes unattended - we forgot about that but the bike shop in Arrowtown looked after them for us. I'd definitely do it again, it was a lot of fun!

What a great bunch of guys. Been emailing Chris all week with questions etc. Purchased two awesome electric mountain bikes off Zac today. So friendly and helpful. Had a quick ride when we got back to farm. The bikes are incredible. Sad we didn't meet Iris today but hopefully she will be there at one of our services. Thanks for the recommendation Ruth & Andrea, definitely happy we purchased our bikes here.

Would 100% recommend this company. Staff were super helpful and friendly. We brought our bikes back an hour late and they did not charge us for any extra. The bikes are excellent quality and they worked brilliantly. I loved this experience so much, we will definitely be back. I am hooked on ebikes! The trails are amazing. The most beautiful scenery in NZ!

We have bought 3 Moustaches from Charge About Queenstown over the years and have always had fast and fantastic service from Campbell and his team. So when we came to Queenstown for a holiday, we just had to hire Moustaches for a days outing to Jacks Point. The bikes chosen were perfect for our individual needs ( they handled standard and rough windy gravel road equally) and we had such a memorable and fantastic adventure. Thanks so much for all your service over the years!
