        I wish i could give 0 stars for this company save yourself the stress and go with a different car rental company. I was charged over 5000 dollars for a tiny scrape to some paintwork which i was not even responsible for. Customer service never even replied to my email AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

        Don't use!! BEWARE!! Zero customer service when you have a problem just emails stating they will reply within 10 days. We have been charged for damage that was already there & shows in their photos. No person @ counter 2pm (week day) @ drop off time, Queenstown Airport.
