        No option for zero star!! Simply ask them to transfer the number to new sim card because drop my phone into the lake, they took the details and said come back tomorrow. Went there next day and they ask for passport I have drivers license for ID why do you need passport?? For 2 days they couldn't figure out what to do. I came back to Christchurch went to riccarton vodafone store they gave me new sim card in 5 min . Queenstown store staff needs training again
