        Usually the staff are very appreciative but the lady I spoke to today came across as quite rude. I wanted to drop in a donation that was brand new and worth quite a lot. She pointed out that there were signs on the door to say they weren't accepting any donations as they were overwhelmed. She didn't thank me for thinking of them and I felt like I was being told off for not seeing the signs. I won't be taking any more donations there.
