Had a pretty bad experience when I returned some v expensive pants that washed up terribly. I am 1.80 so I notice any shrinkage. I was told when i purchased them instore that they would not shrink. The instructions said hand wash so I put hand wash cycle on my machine as I always do for such garments but this particular one washed up v poorly/shrunk. I was v disappointed. I contacted the store. They were extremely argumentitive. The owner told me it was my problem basically as I hadn't actually hand washed as such and asked me basically if i had gained weight! She ended up (after many texts later, some pretty unkind) telling me I was not to shop at her store ever again or follow her store on social media! Totally rude and definitely will shop elsewhere.

Warning do not purchase from this retailer! I recently bought an item from their sale. Prior to making the purchase I asked for sizing details. I was provided insufficient information. Bought the item in good faith and of course it doesnt fit. Ive gone back to the store who will not return because its a sale item. The customer service is appalling. They have been rude, passive aggressive and lack a basic customer service etiquette. If youre offering online purchases you need to update your policies to ensure returns and exchanges or provide sufficient information. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! I 110% stand by my review. Either update your online purchases policies or provide adequate information otherwise its simply a scam and others deserve to be warned.
