        Horrible experience. Store was closed early due to only having 1 staff member on, on new years day. There was nothing stopping anyone from walking out of the store with product as the only staff member on was tied up serving customers. Not to mention, there is no restroom for staff in store, so the poor girl behind the counter was working for HOURS before she could catch a break to go to the bathroom because there was no other employees in. Sort out the issue, before you get slammed with an employment dispute. I know for a fact that this is becoming an ongoing issue. It wasn't a one off.

        Such great experience here, I love the staff. They are always so friendly and warm - Nadi - you are an absolute diamond! She pulled out all the stops to help me get my hands on a jacket that I really wanted and was super lovely about everything. Thanks so much and Cotton On are lucky to have you as a team member :)
