        While the quality of clothes is great. The online service and delivery of product is terrible. 3 weeks since order was placed and still have not received my partners gift. If you are visiting Queenstown then its a great shop but the online buying experience is not good.

        I went into the store as I like that brand, I tried on a few things and went to the counter to purchase the shirt I had picked out. I waited there for about 5 minutes, with only myself and one other customer in the store at the time. One staff member clearly saw me waiting and chose not to help me as they were too busy socializing with their co - workers. I ended up putting the shirt back and leaving as the staff gave the impression they didn't want to be there or help their customers.
