Marsden thank you for your attention and care with the packaging for my painting which got home safely with me and Air nz did a great job storing in hold but your professionalism, care and service was outstanding and really appreciate you making it easy and fun !

I recently consigned 3 bottles of wine valued @ approx $150 from Queenstown to the Kapiti Coast I dropped them off and was told that they would package them for me as I am sure they do for all packages especially wine As the shipping cost me over $60 I did not take out the extra $40 insurance because I naturally though that these guys are experienced in shipping wine all over NZ and overseas However 3 days later I was informed that there had been damage to my consignment It took a further 3 weeks of phone calls and emails before I was finally told that one of the bottles had been broken by the DHL driver The remaining 2 bottles were finally delivered on 21st Oct after being shipped to Kapiti, back to the South Island and back up to Kapiti again Now because I didnt insure my wine there is no recompense for my because of the carelessness and stupidity of the courier 'which I find strange The management of the Queenstown branch want nothing to do with it and will not follow up with DHL for compensation The least they could do is refund the cost of the shipment and claim it back from DHL I will never use these clowns again to send anything anywhere as it seems they can absolve themselves of any blame by saying "it wasnt insured" I would have expected my wine to be delivered in full and intact regardless of insurance and if there was a breakage then I would expect someone to put up their hand and apologize and also refund my $60 which they havent done The two guys I have spoken to in the branch ,Shane and another guy, were on the defensive from the get go and didnt have the decency to offer me anything as a result of their shoddy service Be very careful dealing with this branch if you want your goods delivered safely and on time
