The customer service was lacking and the care taken to produce a balloon cluster for a 30th birthday was non existent. I spent over a $100 on balloons, one of the numbers blew away when I left the store because it hadnt been tied correctly and they didnt want to replace it. I would not recommend this store b

Purchased an overpriced plastic crown at this store, which was broken within 7 days. No possibility for exchange or money back (or any other flexibility), but the manager tried to be funny... Would recommend upper management to give store managers some more training in people skills. I will never spend my money here again.

Very disappointed with the online service. We had ordered an item to be delivered to a certain level in our building yet when completing the order, they removed the level of where our order will need to be delivered too. Majority of the these items would be claimed by others and get lost when delivered to the wrong floor. I had emailed the customer service desk immediately after purchase to make them aware of this issue and to please change the address and they replied with "no you will have to contact the courier company". I had emailed back with photo and written proof of the error on their end and for them to please contact the courier company themselves and they still replied with 'no'. Terrible customer service. Slow replies to my emails. No help. Would not order here again. Sucks that there is no other better fast retail chains out there.
