        Search for the suzuki dealership, AA is inside. Not an easy find otherwise. Park at Placemakers and walk as there is VERY limited parking. I was lucky and didn't get the grumpy lady who is getting to be bit of a legend. My lady was wonderful.

        very inefficient operation, having waited in line multiple times for 2-3 hours, it definitely isnt a labor shortage issue - just an excuse for incompetence besides the fact that it would take less than a week to build a software application that automates many of the processes, actually just some basic business process reengineering with queue management 101 (eg making sure people had their documents) would improve efficiency significantly more than happy to consult / help for the betterment of society

        This is a joke. Hidden in a motorbike shop, no parking - youll get towed (?), no seats and no staff a 1.5 to 2 hour wait, sorry what? When by law youre required to have a license, this is wild.

        Is this place employing the rudest lady in New Zealand. I found it so and checking with others it seems I'm not alone. Prepare yourself for a long wait here. Today wait times were 150 minutes (yes 2.5 hours). What a train wreck!!
