This place is a Chemist and Cafe in one. My review is only for the Chemist portion of which I only have good things to say. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and it's never too busy. They have a handy text script refilling service as well.

Good selection of products, helpful staffs who usually come and ask if need an assistance. Cafe- nice coffee, customer service is good but I wish it was sort of friendly with smile. Good vibe. Phone lines are not very good, whenever I called staff either have mentioned they can not hear or had to recall again. They should offer to give customer a callback if they can not hear a caller. The cafe onsite is just as bad. Each time I came the customer service is quite bad and unwelcoming.

Very friendly staff member who goes out of their way to get you what you need and make a sale. It can seem forceful to some people, it also is alot more expensive that surrounding chemists paying 29.99 for a box of panadol tablet can be pricey for some.. apart from that it was clean and organised
