Bought a pack of chocolates here. Did not think to inspect the packet at the time, later saw that they were multiple months out of date.

Always seem to be out of product. Not like you can come back in the next day. Out of three items I was looking for. Non duty-free shop around the place seem to have plenty of the stock available.

They didnt package my bottle properly (should have been in a sealed bag with the receipt) so it was taken off me by customs

There was a rude Indian staff who sold a pack of expired wild ferns creams to me, and when I released they are all expired didn't accept to return them and asked me to get other creams instead which they were getting expired in one month! When I complained why even they exist in shelves, he said, you should give them as a souvenir! Such a mindset!

I bought an expired product at Queenstown airport duty free store a week ago. Its Lancme Eye Contour which was manufactured in Mar. 2018. I sent two emails to contact them, but no any response. Be careful, when you buy something from them. Its not just happening to me.
