Lord of the Fries - Queenstown

The worst experience, service and food you can ever get. We were super excited to try all the burgers from the menu as we were in Queenstown for next 7 days. But, not anymore. The staff at the Queenstown was not at all friendly and was super rude. Upon asking about the food ingredients, the girl at the counter showed a lot of attitude and seemed not to care. Next upon asking about the Loyalty Card, she said she couldn't understand, and then upon showing her the poster which was outside her shop, she said "I DON'T KNOW". Simply careless attitude and non willingness of serving the customers and zero passion in the job. 0 star reviews.

My order was called Chicken munch box. There was no wait, and I got my box within a couple of minutes, hence the 2nd star. Taste-wise I could have ordered salt with used oil and wouldn't notice any difference. There was literally no other flavour but salt and oil. And salt. Oily salt. It even had salty texture. So if you expect any potato or tofu flavour you'll find it quite disappointing. Unless you like eating salt with a spoon. Then you gonna love it, but for $11.50 you could buy plenty of salt in the supermarket so not the best value.

the best fries and crew in town!! even though they are just two staffs they were able to handle long line and still get to smile to us! kudos to the two guys! felt sorry for them for being very busy but still served us good foods!
