        Our Rinnai gas hotwater system went down in Glenorchy leaving us without hot water. It was going to cost a lot to send out a technician to Glenorchy so Rob kindly took the time and talked me though checking it over myself. We managed to fix it and saved us an expensive visit. Great customer support! Thanks Rob we will be returning customers I'm sure.
