        I am really loving the "semi-private" personal trainer sessions. Emily is great and the rest of the crew are always really friendly. Such good value for money and burn on the muscles!

        Friendly and welcoming we paid $25pp casual drop in. We went off peak times and could get the equipment we needed without waiting. Lots of space, weights area, warm up/down/functional area, cardio. Spray and wipe available to wipe down. Can purchase sweat towel. Bathroom facilities clean. Nice view. Felt nice going here. Plenty parking. Lots of stores or Countdown close by for convenience after.

        excellent gym and good value for the money. I payed 20 $ for a day pass. they don't have lockers so it's best not to bring your jewellery . decent changing rooms and showers, though. bring your own towel.
