        Didn't get to stay, as apartment was leaking and we were moved to an 'upgrade' around the lake, in one of hotels with difficult access, two lifts and through an inside carpark. Not central location we needed for personal reasons. Very disappointed, as no offer of price reduction or late check-out. They did say we could stay at Chambers but if we needed to move due to leak we would be charged cleaning fee! Will not use Relaxaway again, staff member referred to our situation as 'lovely jubbly' which was insulting.
