Just unprofessional. That's all. They don't have any pride, they don't care about their clients. They are pretty bad at estimating time frames. Never be in time. If they say next week, better think that means at least next month. If they say they'll let you know, very likely you won't hear from them for long long time or never unless you start chasing them. How can they run a business like that? Often only a few days to due when we get invoices, but they take so long to get jobs properly done. All they want is your money, not your satisfaction or happy faces. Many things aren't even straight. They don't care to finish houses in the professional manner, the house will be covered with dust, some things might be damaged and they will still install those without mentioning, maybe hoping you won't notice when you get it and they are not even embarrassed to hand over a house like that. Once you sign the contract, they will stop answering your emails. You have to chase them so so much to get what you need to know. They don't inform you much with choices you can have for a house you are going to build. While building, you have to be like a project manager for free. Don't waste your time, your life, your money, your energy. Not worth it. Pay more to other companies and believe me, it will worth it. Only regret, since we signed the contract, we haven't heard anything positive about them. Seemed like they had good reputations in the past, but it's just a history now.

Had two homes build by stonewood Queenstown had nothing but Poor service and lack of professional workmanship, Horrible communication and Very early invoices. 9months longer than signed contract. Never finnished the job 100%. All round disappointing. Wouldnt recommend
