I am not sure why we are always surprised when we have a great customer experience....perhaps it is because often we are treated just like a number. This is certainly NOT the case at Queenstown's Guthrie Bowron shop. I had a couple of stain/wood issues on our holiday home and Big Al and his off sider were magic. They were so positive, spent a lot of time going over options and then gave me some product to try at no cost.....if I could give ten 10 stars I would. What really impressed me was that I was their key focus and at no time did they try to hurry me through......a big THANKS Guthrie Bowron.
