Travelled from Auckland down here for a trip and ended up in ED. We were so pleased with our experience from the multiple nurses and doctors in emergency. They fed us and kept our little Bub happy whilst trying to figure out what was going on with our kid. Thank you for all your efforts we were seen promptly and dealt with such care!

Awful care. Sat in the waiting room for 4 hours then when I was finally seen the doctor asked a few questions then disappeared for 2 hours. They then did a blood test told me I had a potentially deadly symptoms but because it didn't appear to be effecting me right now I should go home. A total of 8 hours to do a blood test to get told to go home and consult with my GP as soon as possible

Attended the ED twice last week with my partner who had an eye injury. Was so quick to be seen both times, all nurses were so friendly and doctors Heather and Lisa were amazing!! They got us a referral to a specialist the same day! Wouldnt receive this service in the UK thats for sure - thank you so much!

I am an Australian (fact not apology!) and recently received treatment in the Emergency Department. The medical staff (reception, nurses, radiologist and doctors) were professional, kind and attentive in treating me amongst the other patients. I have nothing but praise and admiration for the staff. Thank you for your care.
