Some great things some bad things!! Really lovely friendly close community feel within the hostel, the guy who checked us in was really lovely. All the dorm beds have curtains which is nice for privacy. The downside is that everything is pretty cramped. The kitchen was too small for how many people stay. The showers only had a curtain- no door so felt quite exposed. A bit noisy in the night but its a party city so thats very understandable!!!

Really enjoyed my stay here at Black Sheep Hostel. Warm environment and even warmer staff. Rooms allow a lot of storage, light and privacy. The common areas are very welcoming and the staff do a great job at bringing people together which has been so lovely as a solo traveler. Clean facilities and a very cozy lounge space to end the day in. Super close to town with lots of free street parking nearby. Done the rounds of hostels in QT and definitely the best one by a long shot. Super grateful to the staff who are always super helpful and checking in to make sure everything is ok.

Black sheep is an amazing hostel to stay at. Its located right near town but not to close to hear the music from the bars. The staff is amazing and very welcoming. The sauna and the hot tub are great in the summer and winter. As well as the lounge is a cozy area to chat with friends. They also have fun events each week. Shout out to Jared Nearby activities: The park is a two minute walk. Town is like a five minute walk to get to the bars.
