Sorry but the unit we were in was, to say the least, was poorly kept. Bedsettee in the lounge was broken and could not be easily used. Room was supposed to be serviced when we booked in but first day, serviced late afternoon, next day same thing though the ladies did a remarkable job. 100% to them. Basin waste blocked, kitchen utensils dirty. At the monies paid I am sorry I could and would not recommend. Staff mentioned the possibility of a discount or rebate, but nothing, not even a verbal apology Being an ex Inspector of Houses and tenants, sadly let down by this property. Driveway terrible condition.

Safety: Queenstown being a mountainous area, this property is spread out across a very hilly and steep area which makes it hard to carry luggage and bags to-from the property. Also note that blocks 2 and 3 are quiet a distance from reception which involves walking across a gravel path (very hard to do with a wheeled suitcase). Not recommended for those with very small kids, elderly or those with disabilities. Walkability: Easy walk from property into Queenstown (downhill) for those that are fit. But walking back from town is very steep and not well lit with street lights. Especially given the road and footpath works going on along Frankton Road. The property is also spread out across 3-4 blocks/buildings with a number of stairs and paths to navigate. Food & drinks: Limited food options around the property other than what is in Queenstown or Frankton. Only basic breakfast basket available to order from property, no room service or catered food/breakfast. Noteworthy details: Great views of the mountains and Lake Wakatipu. Fully self contained apartment with kitchen and laundry facilities making it great for extended stays or families. Accessibility and stairs might be an issue for some.
