Don't bother booking with this place as they will cancel your booking down the track when they can get a higher price for the room. This is what happened to me! I booked and received confirmation 7 months in advance and now a few months later they have cancelled my booking for no reason other than "double booking". I'm actually glad this happened now that I have read the reviews that it's not that great a place anyway.

Expectations come to mind when reviewing this place. For the amount we paid I expected it to be nice. Sure, it has a fantastic view and location, but everything else lacked. Rooms were dirty, windows were dirty, bad condition generally, kitchen and bathroom understocked. It's obviously a case where the owners know they can slack on the maintenance because they know the location is great. Doesn't feel nice as a customer to be in that position. We also had some specific requirements for health/safety reasons which were promised but not met because management had changed, and at no point it was communicated that our allocated room no longer met the requirements, so I suggest anyone who has something specific to remind them close to the date. At this moment, look elsewhere, but they might improve so check more recent reviews. Unless you are stuck with this option because everything else is booked... Then go into it with low expectations.
