I would describe this as a nice B&B rather than a 4 star hotel. The rooms are comfortable rather than luxurious. A continental breakfast is available. We didnt meet the owner when we were staying here. The location is wonderful, close to the chairlift and a short but steep walk into town. The Hotel has panoramic view with stunning sunsets. The hotel does have a small car park but road works due to construction of a new by-pass has restricted roadside parking outside the hotel. It appeared (March 23) that this disruption would be ongoing for several months at least.

What a gorgeous hotel! Locally owned by delightful Kiwis who will go out of their way to make sure you have what you need. The views from the balconies are amazing, and youre close enough to the city center to get to all the restaurants and bars in under 5 minutes. The bed was so comfortable and the room was a great size too. Well absolutely be staying here again when were next in Queenstown!

A wonderful small hotel set just above the best shopping in town! Rooms were cozy with a great balcony view of the whole city. Breakfast and service from the owner were on point! Highly recommend Browns if available! Rooms: Smaller space, but very comfy bed, good seating, many rooms have balconies, and they offered unique drink choices-tea/cofee/etc
