    Poor quoting system in place as they quote over the phone. I recommend getting a written quote so there's no mis understanding upon payment.

    Poor service, called then in the morning waiting for over 5 hours and no answer. Went there to get a quote for a sensor and the guy said that part need to be order overseas and will take 3 weeks to arrive. I asked if the part that I need can get on ebay and his said that one is wrong and couldn't give me the right one and laughing at my face. Very professional

    My wife and l were touring the South Island and thought that our 2 year old Sportage needed a service. The north island dealer that the car eas purchased from (best not to name) initially said no need for a service but when contacted when we were in the South said we definately did or warranty would not be honoured. This North lsland dealership was most unhelpful and did not check my vehicle service details and as a result gave me incorrect advise so in desperation l phoned the Queenstown dealership and they were so helpful. They listened to me and took my details and said they would clarify the situation and get back to me. True to their word the Service Dept person got back to me promptly and confirmed that my vehicle was not ovedue and that the warranty was valid. The Queenstown customer service person was excellent and restored my faith in Kia. Thank you Queenstown Kia for taking the time to sort out our problem which eminated from poor customer service from the North.Island
