        ALL CLOSED UP . Cant even windows shop. Mind you it is a Wednesday night and ensuring us so quiet. Took the nets down to have a look and was a little disappointed. Over on holidays and would have like to save some money duty free. Cheers big ears

        As a Louis Vuitton VIP customer I found this Queenstown Store to be an absolutely disappointing experience. The Manager Mel appears extremely unprofessional it is rather obvious both her staff members require more training in presenting luxury products. Most definitely not the same high standard as Beatrice once delivered.

        Outstanding service from Junior Even though I can't get into a shop all communication has been great either email or phone. One suggestion is having NZ prices on goods as well as I use Queenstown LV store. Thanks Sandy bee
