Thank You Ray. Can't rate Queenstown Transport Charters highly enough. Our plans on our wedding day changed multiple times due to bad weather and Ray was very accommodating to our needs. The cars were perfect and spotless and the service was impeccable.

QTC's team were great to work with for our wedding. They organised all our transport needs from a wine tour for 36 guests, reception guest busses for 75 guests to the wedding cars. Everything went exactly as planned and they could not have done more for us. Their communication beforehand and on the day was very responsive. We would absolutely recommend this company!

Very disappointed in Queenstown Charters. Firstly, their response times to emails is terrible. I was organising a golf trip 6 months in advance and rang to see if they could provide charter services each day. Sorry, we cant help for your dates but we can offer you a self drive 12 seater. I booked that, filled out the paperwork and they took credit card details as a deposit. 4 weeks before the trip I sent an email with licence details (as requested) and to confirm the booking. One week later I got an email with some cock and bull story about slight damage being done to the vehicle by another hirer and unfortunately they could no longer make the vehicle available. I didnt believe a word as it sounded more like they either couldnt be bothered getting the slight damage fixed or they needed the vehicle for other work. They did suggest other hirers I could contact but to no avail. I suspect if I hadnt tried to confirm the booking, we would have arrived in Queenstown to find we had no transport.
