Absolutely wonderful staff. From the moment I walked through the door I was made to feel welcome and so was partner being dragged in by me ! I felt at ease straight away where I have normally felt uncomfortable with fittings . The staff assured me and double checked the correct sizing and fit of each bra . Really beautiful fitting bras , unfortunately I could not buy a fancy one as I only need an everyday one , but all the fancy ones looked lovely quality. I walked a way with the best fitting and most comfortable bra have owned. Thankyou so much. I am already coming back tommorow for another that I really loved and may be back before I leave Nz for another!

The shop manager was is so friendly and helpful. Very impressed with her customer service, would definitely come back if I lived in Queenstown!

Visited this shop today while on holiday. I went in just to browse after lunch (1415). There was one lady serving amd running the shop. She was stood, nor just to me but to all customers. A guy bought something to which l heard ger asking if the person receiving knew of rhe gift, just to start a conversation, then she gave ideas. She is good at her job. She asked of l was ok which l responded to nicely. Later on l came back again after my search. She was alone. I rhi k l tried more Ryan five bras. She was so cool. O think she knows what she is doing, loves her job very much amd knows how to treat customers with respect. Thank you Sophie for your service. Visited on rhe 9yh on January. Sadly the bra l wanted waded not fit...but a happy experience it was. Xxx
