The Frontrunner Frankton

These guys are awesome, at both the Frankton and Queenstown stores. I had an issue with a pair of trainers Id recently purchased, and it was sorted really quickly by the team! Theyve always given me great advice, and the excellent customer service they showed today will ensure theyll continue to be the only place Ill go for trainers! Highly recommended, thanks team!

Scott at FrontRunner makes it clear his top priority is customer service. He went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair of hiking boots. He really valued my time in store, and even gave me a call when he thought of some other alternatives to put aside at the location nearest to me. Thanks again!

This is a bit late as it is from an experience at the beginning of August, but I have to say that Frontrunner Frankton is absolutely above and beyond. My 8-year-old son and I had been to a few different footwear shops to buy him some new runners with no success. You see, (due to reasons I don't need to post online) things like laces are beyond challenging for him. We had been trying to find some shoes with elastic laces to no avail. The second we walked in the door at Frontrunner and explained this, they immediately said, "we can put elastic laces in any pair of shoes you want!" So easy - but literally no other store had offered that. And they are such great salespeople that I also picked up a pair of Teva sneakers for myself. It was an impulse buy, but they're great!
