Great coordination with the Organisers, attitude of staff needs a little improvement and make more customer friendly. Refund mechanism needs to be improved.

Really good team who works at this Peterpans. The staff are very friendly and helpful and give great advice. Definitely worth popping in if youre looking to do some awesome things during your travels or if you just want some friendly advice 5*

Arrived to Queenstown completely on my own and the team were so nice and welcoming! They invited me to their party nights so that I could meet more backpackers, as there didnt seem to be a lot round town. This meant I met loads of people which made my experience in Queenstown even more incredible. I dealt directly Charlie and Katie in the shop. They got me some really good deals on all the local activities and helped plan my full New Zealand trip round the North and South Island. I was approached by a few different travel agents while in town, but Peterpans werent pushy, unlike some of the others... I would highly recommend Peterpans to anyone traveling New Zealand and Australia. They truly are the experts in travel. Thanks so much guys :) :)
