Cant thank the team at the studio for being able to fit me in on such short notice, following a snowboarding accident. And to Lou for her hand and thumb assessment. Splint made and I feel like a brand new person. Even managed to go back for night snowboarding that night, With encouragement.

The Studio has been a huge factor in my recovery from a recent concussion. Louise is incredibly knowledgeable and her patient care is second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend the staff at the Studio to anyone looking for an outstanding Physio practice in the Queenstown area.

I cant rate The Studio highly enough. The weekly reformer classes, although cost more than a group session are by far the best money ever spent on strength and fitness. Because you do this with a small group and an instructor who ensures you do the exercises correctly you dont injure yourself and simply get stronger and stronger each week at your pace - but youre pushed to do your best and get a great work out in a safe, fun environment. The team are great people, super professional, friendly and they really know their stuff whether it be Physio therapy or Pilates. Highly recommend.
