SPCA Queenstown Op Shop

Terrible customer service. The lady that works there made us feel awful. We were willing to support the SPCA and wont be retuning because of her poor customer service and the way she treated us , when we raised this she got snappy at us and said she cant please everyone. Seems to be a theme from previous reviews we were here the morning of the 28.02.23. Hospice had lovely customer service.

Online it says accepting drop off donations, the sign on the door says accepting donations. So I went in and said I had some donations in the car. In response I got an angry reply about how they are not taking any donations, they are under staffed, over stocked, and the facility is not big enough. I fully understand that this is the case, however it couldve been communicated far better especially when I have checked twice before entering the store. I went elsewhere for donations and they were super grateful.

Dont expect a smile in this place. Horrible customer service. I asked if I could pull up my car up out front to check if the items fit before purchase, her response was huffing and told me to hurry up. Then when it came to purchase she tried to charge me double, but roof racks come in a pair ridiculous What a joke

Great stuff and very reasonably priced! Left some of my underlayers and fleece at home. Found two sets of merino underlayers and two fleeces for $50! Much better than the overpriced Sally Army up the road.
