        Really bad customer service. I came to collect my parcel 2 days after a missed delivery and they had no idea where the driver left my package. Said they would contact me or deliver it the next day and did neither. No accountability or urgency.

        They could easily miss a promised delivery, but will deliver (not always tho) on a second day. Please improve. Good luck.

        1 or 2 stars? NZ post prioritise domestic parcels over the international ones. Local domestic AKL Queenstown can be delivered overnight and it rarely takes more than 3days, but the same route with an international origin can take 3 weeks. The same time super local delivery from Gibston valley to Frankton (20 mins drive) took 4 days!

        I think if i have chance i would like to give rating in Minus. Because they delivered my parcel at wrong place. Which is very very disappointing. Please guys use your mind with good internet connection so next time you cannot deliver on wrong place. Because everyone have important items in parcel.
