A very disappointing experience. We had a leaking skylight in our rented campervan. The rental company sent us here to have it repaired. Unfortunately, an appointment was only available after a day and a half. After this waiting time, they just stuck a transparent foil over the hatch in a few minutes - that was all they did. And, guess what? The roof leaked again after the first rainy day. At the second workshop we got an appointment on the same day and they immediately treated the roof hatch with sealant. After this 20-minute-repair, the leakage was permanently fixed. Why didn't the people at the RV Super Centre think of that?

Unfortunately they could not help me with my gas stove issue, because they dont do gas things here but I got a cool spatula that was lying in their scrap bin and was still perfect :D The staff is also very nice and friendly!

Even though they don't work on gas repairs for caravans at this branch, I appreciated the quick call back and good customer service anyway. It was great they just let me know they couldn't do it rather than leaving me waiting.

Look, we were first time Motorhome renters. We had a genuine need to call at Queenstown in early Feb 2023. A piece of ancillary equipment needed replacing which was done very simply. Engaging with Laura, the person on duty who helped us, went above and beyond when she listened to some of our distresses. She did a very much welcome one to one briefing on the operations around the motor home to get the best experience possible, ensuring we covered and understood the safety aspects. The motorhome experience was so much better after the short chat she was able to give. I certainly appreciate that in high season it may not always be possible. I do understand that first timers are more likely to get additional help on hand over. I cannot thank Laura enough - She is definitely New Zealand's gain

Popped in to have a look at there Accessories Shop (for RV's & Caravans). While not huge, was pleased to see a ka pai cross selection of products available. Found what I needed, so that made the visit perfect. I must also add, the customer service was really ka pai. Acknowledged I was there, greeted warmly, asked if I needed assistance, and served promptly.
