Proactive Physio

I ran the Queenstown 1/2 marathon and required some urgent taping for my hamstring - they managed to squeeze me in with short notice and Esme was awesome - she offered great advice and the taping worked a treat - The leg massage after the run by the team on course was ideal - Thanks a lot Esme and the team. Extremely grateful for the help and advice given by Proactive Physio. Knowledgeable physios, helpful office staff, affordable prices (especially compared to physios in Australia!), would be a regular client if I lived in Queenstown full time.

I had a tricky knee issue, the proactive team checked it out. Called a play by play on what they thought was wrong and how it would be resolved. The next 3 months followed their predictions to a tee. A+ for a spot on pick up.

After a major injury, have been attending Proactive for over a year now. Their attention to my needs, and their overall support and encouragement has been outstanding. I would not have made half the progress I have made without them.

The girls at Proactive have helped me through a few different injuries and always make time if I have problems or questions. They have a depth of knowledge beyond what I expected from a physiotherapist and made the ACC process very easy and painless. I highly recommend Proactive Physio especially if you have a complicated claim or case.
