Miles Better Pies Queenstown

Not the friendliest front store server. I asked if its all made fresh here as part of a conversation. Was greeted with a snarky reply as follows thats like asking the bakery if the bread is made here. Ok back to the pie. Ordered the steak ,ham and mushroom. Pastry was ok . A bit thick . Meat was over cooked and dry. And there was something missing . We both agreed it lacked savoury flavour. The filling was very average and had little taste. Would be a better pie if they had incorporated a rich beef stock and some onions and garlic to the filling this was clearly missing . Had to try because we were in the area and saw the reviews. Very average pie . Not much going on there for flavour IMO. There are better pies for sure. Work on the pie fillings to get better flavour and the manners to attract more customers .
