Pacific Radiology - Queenstown

I called the clinic ahead of time before walking in to assure their hours of operation. The receptionist told me to arrive prior to 12:30 because the radiologist takes their break 12:30-1:30pm. I show up at 11:30am and the receptionist says the radiologist left and has no idea when theyll return. Very poor customer service from a medical professional.

This is one of the most unreliable radiology I have had the displeasure of dealing with. This is due to poor customer service over the phone. they put a broken arm first over a 30 week pregnancy heavy bleeding, which could have been an hemorrhage. We never heard back from them at all regarding an appointment, neither did the midwife, and this is one of many occasions.

If there was another option I would recommend it. Receptionist was very lovely but when it came to doing my x-ray the attendant was more concerned with finishing my x-ray than telling me what to do. She was frustrated when I didn't know how to do something I've never done before! After she finally got me out of her hair she forgot to input my paperwork! They called me telling me that I had to bring my paperwork back so they could file it properly. Very poor overall experience.
