Wow, what can I say!? How effortless was the sale of our property? Honestly, we are super stoked and still a bit shell-shocked at the pace in which Megan sold our property and of course the price she achieved, as much as we gave Megan all our cards up front we were still shocked, in a good way I might add, that she got it literally within a couple of hours from the first viewing! I have recently had the utmost pleasure of assigning Team Osborne (Megan, Warwick and Jaiden) to sell my Queenstown unit, which I have owned for over 20 years. I conducted my due diligence on agents in Queenstown, and without hesitation selected The Osbornes. As I no longer reside in New Zealand, I flew over from Australia to meet my short-listed agents in February 2019. Megan and the team won hands-down! They have local knowledge that is priceless, and as a team their individual attributes compliment each other = exceptional service! Megan is a communication service guru, as well as having an interior design background and a fantastic eye for detail! The team liaised with my property manager, the tenants, my solicitor, as well as keeping me up to date at all times - 24/7. It was very important to me that my tenants were treated with respect and had minimal disruption throughout the sale period. Megan totally trumped this! My unit was listed, I received offers within 2 weeks, and has it has now sold and settled on 28.03.2019 that would be March 2019!! Yes that fast! Needless to say, Im very impressed and happy with the result. As I was reminded by several local friends youre in the best hands and I can attest that I was!!!
