I visited the developers of "La Residence Du Lac" as I have been looking for a low maintenance property that is right on lake front and well priced in the market. I must say I have found their product very attractive and affordable even for a first home buyer. I am seriously thinking about purchasing a unit in this incredibly scenic spot. The design is very original and the location unbeatable, Thanks for showing me around!

In my search for Queenstown Real Estate investments that can deliver on both capital increase and revenue, I have found that the developers of 22 Hallenstein street and "La Residence Du Lac" strike a great balance. They actually fill the gap in the market! They have managed to create apartments that are unique in design, great for future resale, but also with low body corporate fees. Combined with great locations right in town or with a foot in the lake, and some very affordable prices, these units are attractive to investors as well as first home buyers. Worth Checking for anyone who is in the market.
