        Pasta that I thought was confined to villages in rural Italy. Simple, refined, perfect. No fuss or flash - just amazing pasta (and pizza). I find it impossible to choose anything other than the beef ravioli. It's like that scene in Ratatouille when the chef tastes the namesake dish...
