        Nearby activities: So much to do and we weren't there long enough to do it all! Queenstown Gardens is a tiny peninsula that shoots into the lake - very small and lovely to take a stroll, the Kiwi Park is very small and family friendly, they are doing amazing conservation work and you can see some kiwis!!!, there are hiking trails, and the Skyline is right by. Also, you can drive to Glenorchy - that town in and of itself is tiny and there isn't much to do but the drive up and the view is worth the 2 hrs total. Highly recommend! Walkability: Minutes from the harbor, restaurant, Queenstown Gardens, Kiwi Park, hiking trails, and the Skyline

        OK overall. Good location. Room was comfortable and spacies, large bathroom with good shower. There is major building work happening on the alpine side which starts fairly early in the morning and goes til around 5. The noise is constant throughout the day. They did not mention it at check in either. Breakfast is a good quality and a good selection. Parking is $15 which is reasonable, if you cant find a street parking space.
