    We have eaten twice at Finz during our stay in QT and the food and especially the service from Chelsea was exceptional. The Bluff oysters were just great and one of a kind pacific oyster in our opinion and the seafood pasta divine. However we really enjoyed the personal service attention from Chelsea and her welcoming way to enjoy our dinners twofold.

I remember this male manger was the one who let me pay the bill, and also was the one to deal with the wrong calculation. He never listened. He rather accused me isn't that surcharge (that's 1.8%), transaction fee (not 1-3 dollars but like 10-15 dollars?), checking if I did order any drink (I didn't and that wasn't in the bill either), in the end I felt offended as there was no apology nor explanation about the situation. The way he communicated was like I was the one who was messing up with only a few dollars - you could do better. The food and the service was nice (I mean the all the server staffs and all) but if you have any problems in this restaurant, you won't have good experience. People make mistakes, and that's okay. But the way they dealt with the issue, that attitude... I was wondering if I was speaking other language. You sometimes need to accept you did something wrong and that could make a difference. It was good that I emailed and talked to the other manager earlier then talk to this guy. As the other manager confirmed me that the price should be a dollar more to the total bill. Is it because the number is stamped at the checkout counter with more than 10 dollars added, and so many bills are stamped? I was mistaken for a moment, and after organizing it in Excel, if it was Seo-Charge, 1.8 should be attached, and the receipt included gst. I paid the bill to the Middle Eastern male manager, but I had to ask him to correct it, and I didn't understand it, so I found it (maybe I pressed the tip button wrong somehow...
