Touch of Spice - Luxury Stays & Experiences

They took a deposit before the trip and never returned it - it was for a helicopter that could'nt fly in bad weather but apparently no refunds. That's not what the deposit was for - it was to protect property and should have been returned - service levels were fine.

We booked a family vacation to visit Australia and both islands in New Zealand in January. Four months before the trip, we had to cancel because three of the four children couldnt make the trip. Two companies gladly refunded our deposit for luxury house rentals, but Touch of Spice refused unless they te-tentbthe house. I would not rent with them unless your trip is written in stone and youre comfortable working with owners who are unforgiving.

We stayed at the Pioneer Court property in Queenstown. Fantastic views, beautifully appointed home!! We were very comfortable for our five nights and cooked multiple breakfasts and dinners. The Touch of Spice concierge kept in contact throughout our stay, which I appreciated. I would use this service again and highly recommend it.

We (family of 4 inc 12 and 9yr old) were looking for something other than a hotel for this stay in the snow whilst staying in Queenstown, we were looking for an easy walk into town and modern apartment. After speaking to Jill via email and running though options and prices we booked an apartment (21 Lakefront) which was super clean, very modern with all the appliances and nice and warm which was perfect for our stay. We only had a 5 min walk into town which was ideal and great views from the apartment. Emily met us on arrival and ran through the unit and what we wanted to know and waiting for us was some basic essentials which was a really nice touch. We also booked Spa treatments and Heliboarding though Jill as it was super easy and the same cost if we booked directly with the companies which was handy. Again - thanks to every one at touch of spice for your help and he great apartment.
