Thanks guys for your amazing service from the 7 of us walking in half an hour before closing for ski gear to refunding the day we weren't able to ski because of illness. You were very helpful, kind and understanding. If we manage to get back down again, we will definitely use you again.

Had some ski boots that were giving me trouble and pains above the ankle. Browns fitted some insoles and heat moulded the boots and the results were amazing with all the troubles and pains gone. Excellent service too.

Fantastic service. Theo was incredibly patient, encouraging me to try on the boots as much as I needed in order to get the right ones, then he was super detail oriented, making sure they were heat moulded to perfection. The next day the boots needed punching out before I flew home. Harry squeezed them in despite already having 7 other pairs to do that evening and two the next morning. Legends

We used Browns Ski for our kids rental skis recently. The service is second to none. Given the level of attention given to finding the appropriate ski boot size, youd be forgiven for thinking they were buying rather than renting boots. The team at Browns were a pleasure to deal with and we will be using them again next time!
