        No idea of customer service . No idea how to service a spa. Left our spa dry and then blamed a leak which they could not find ( but were happy to bill us for). Then they blamed the customer for somehow finding the drain button which clearly their technician had pressed. Super aggressive when you question their accounts. Would not recommend them at all. There are far better customer orientated operators out there who actually know how to service a spa.
