        22 April 2023....We did the Kea EkoZipline Experience at 1:20pm with Aimee and Miller as our guides. Our guides were wonderful and the zipline experience was fantastic...BUT, the organisation at the base of the Gondolas was terrible. We ordered our Gondala tickets early and had them printed with us. The queue was very, very long and not organised so people who had pre-booked experiences like Eko Zipline trips could not go into a special queue to get to the top more quickly - rather than having to queue with everyone needing gondola tickets and not going on the EkoZipline experience. It really could have been organised better for everyone if they had a queue system for those who needed to buy gondola tickets, and those of us who already had them and needed to get up to the top asap to make it to our Zipline experience. It would have been a 5 star rating if the queues for the gondola and zipline experiences had been organised better.
