From the first email in looking into having an elopement wedding to the final thank you email, my now husband and I were blessed with such an exceptional service. The coordination, makeup, flowers, ceremony and taking of photos made our day very magical and special. I couldn't fault our experience with Heli Weddings and I will 100% reccomend the team to everyone to use for their own wedding.

My partner and I were unsure on what type of wedding we wanted. We were driving home one day and thought about eloping and googled eloping packages. Heliweddings was one of the top rated sites so we looked into it and fell in love immediately! We had our first year anniversary in NZ and thought it was the perfect place to tie the knot. From the first email we knew we had made the right choice. Laura and the rest of the team were absolutely AMAZING! They had everything sorted and it was definitely a stress free wedding. The only hiccup we had was the weather as it was forecast rain. Lauren contacted us the day prior to make some arrangements to which we just pushed it back a day which the weather turned out to be perfect and there was snow on the mountains which made it even better. Megan and Robyn were an absolute hoot and made the day so much more enjoyable. We can't forget to mention our beautiful celebrant Phillipa who helped us with the marriage certificate and made our ceremony just more meaningful and very us! Overall if you're looking for a fun, unique and stress free wedding, please hit these guys up. You won't regret it!

I couldn't recommend this company more! If you want your wedding day to be the best day of your lives, book with heli weddings NZ. Our day didn't go as expected due to weather but we got a beautiful ceremony, garden and lake photos with our family, beach photos with the two of us which was an extra proposed by our photographer, we also got our 3 landings as originally booked, additional flowers and transport, and we got a refund for some unused helicopters. More details below: We are an Aussie couple that had to put our big day off multiple times due to COVID and travel restrictions. Laura and Meagan were so accommodating with all the changes. Unfortunately the weather wasn't so great on our wedding weekend (Fri and Sat) and so Laura worked tirelessly after hours organising an alternative for us. Although the wind conditions meant that we had to do a ground wedding, it was stunning! They found us the best location, our family and friends (party of 17) were taken care of, we got transportation, and it actually ended up being a better day than we could ever have imagined. Meagan (our photographer) was so awesome! Our group loved her and she was so professional! She had us feeling so relaxed on the car ride and whilst getting ready. I would highly recommend booking extra photography time with her while you get ready as she is so fun and had our whole group really relaxed. She also knows everything you can know about NZ and lord of the rings locations! We also had our heli experience moved to the Sunday! It was sooooo exciting! I still can't believe that we got our 3 landings as orinigally booked, as well as the ceremony and photos on the friday! We were flexible with our landings and Meagan and pilot Ben took us to their favourite locations. I am motion sick but found the heli ride super smooth! We got time to relax and take in the magical surroundings, to see and play in the snow despite it being a Jan wedding, have photos on some terrifying cliffs 1.5kms high, get in a lake, and we got multliple glasses of champagne as our group were having such an amazing time! Ben even stayed back late for us so we could jump in a lake in our wedding attire :P I can probably go on about all the wonderful things Laura and Megan did for us, however, I think you get the gist. We wanted a stress-free and magical day, and I left feeling happier than have ever felt. Thank you to heli weddings!
