        My Dad and I went to Ice Lab for my birthday. Loved how quick the appointments were, so we could get to birthday dinner. Got from work, to Ice Lab to dinner easy! I was initially skeptical and scared - thought it would be super unpleasant. In reality it was quick, painless and actually worked. Dad and I both left feeling great - mentally & physically.
