Centre You - Lana Ennis, NLP practitioner

What drew me to Lana was how personable, genuine and down-to-earth nature coupled with her health professional expertise. Before I started working with Lana, I was struggling with a lot of doubt, unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaviours that made day-to-day life more challenging than it needed to be. After completing 6 sessions with her over 12 weeks I have definitely noticed improvements. Most significantly were in the reduced intensity of emotions and triggers and my ability to work through challenging thoughts, feelings and limiting beliefs. I enjoyed how tailored her sessions are and appreciate how she gave specific actions and tasks post sessions to reinforce the work we do together. I would have benefitted more had I been more consistent with the prescribed tasks (so do them!!). Would highly recommend Lana to anyone trying to level up and invest in their wellbeing.

Lana is amazing! I needed some help getting past some very strong emotions which were holding me back, and within the first session I could already feel the weight lifted. That then helped me get some clarity on my situation which allowed me to start my process of moving forward and into the future again, which she was also able to help with. Lana is a genuine human being who deeply cares for others and I'm so glad I took the step to see her! I wont hesitate to go again if I ever have any issues, I just wish I had gone earlier and not left it so long!

Since working with Lana, I have felt far more confident and motivated to do things that would have otherwise been outside of my comfort zone. To work through the mindset exercises has helped me to make connections to negative thoughts and emotions that I can now put reasoning and acceptance too. I feel a great sense of relief and have been the happiest that I have been in a long time!

Lana is such a positive person who is easy to connect with, and is skilled at her job. I've been working with Lana for 4 months now and I've sorted through some issues that were impacting me in a negative way. With Lana using NLP ( Neuro Linguistic Programming) and time line therapy, this has helped me remove the negative self talk, and '"change the narrative." I'm feeling more confident navigating my way through issues now. Thanks Lana!

I have had the most amazing experience working with Lana. At first I had no idea what Lana actually did but was both nervous and curious when the opportunity came up. She is so down to earth and makes you feel comfortable so you can focus on the work and tasks in the sessions. I've gained so much from just four private sessions that I've done with her so far. I 100% recommend working with Lana for anyone that is struggling or just wants to find out who they are in this fast paced world.
