US traveler that passed through Queenstown back in October/November, year 2022. (New Zealand is amazing). Experienced some of the best customer service I have ever had at an auto shop! I rented a Toyota Prius during my time in the country and was concerned about the oil/past maintenance on the vehicle from previous renters. There was one store clerk running the entire business that day, and she handled every customer, including myself with such respect and urgency! If the owner sees this, hope this employee gets recognized! Service: Oil change

A+ Service, Highly recommended! These guys got me out of a pickle were I was down from Canterbury and I had a disintegrating tyre and other tyre companies were like "We're fully booked come back in two or three days"

Had and urgent tyre replacement needed. The whole team was super helpful and friendly. Got me sorted with a new pair (I lucked out that the had something in my size and budget) meaning I could get back to Dunedin that day (and be on time for work tomorrow!!). This sort of team and experience is why I love supporting local wherever I travel.
