        I was impressed by the knowledge of the staff, the girl that helped me knew everything about body proportions and colour palates and she made me feel super comfortable. She gave me lots of items to try on and she knew exactly what was going to look good on me. I went there to buy a top and left with a full bag. If you're looking for a clothing store that the staff is very nice and knowledgeable then Dotti Queenstown is the place.

        Bad customer service, the lady at the checkout was super rude when I asked her if I could quickly try something on before they close ( they still were open for 5 minutes). I can understand that they had a long day but they're open until 6pm and not 5:50pm. Very disappointing.
